Terms and Condition- If you are unhappy with the goods when they are delivered, you can return up to seven days following delivery.
- If special delivery arrangements are made for next day delivery, in the event you return the items purchased we will not refund the postage charge.
- All weights are approximate for all moulds. A mould stating 300g may produce leads of 285g due to alloys mixed in with moulten lead. We do not guarantee the weight of the leads produced in all of our moulds.
- OPTIONS. When ordering, if you choose 'OPTIONS' i.e. 2oz Pear Lead is displayed and you choose the 6oz Pears in the 'OPTIONS', the price quoted in the 'OPTIONS' is added to the main price displayed for the item you have selected e.g. 2oz Pears - pack of 5 = £3.00. You choose 6oz Pears in options and it says : 6oz - pack of 5 - £1.50. The £1.50 is added to the £3.00 to give a total of £4.50 for 5 x 6oz Pears. This is clearly shown when you check out but there has been confusion with some customers.
- When ordering Lead Weights, Pirks, Large Lead Heads, numerous moulds / heavy items please contact us BEFORE ordering or check the cost of sending your order on ROYAL MAILS website www.royalmail.com . Enter the weight, choose LARGE PACKET then check the rate for STANDARD PARCEL. The website cannot calculate the total weight of your order hence we ask you to contact us. In the event you order but do not pay suffcient postage we will send you a 'PAYPAL MONEY REQUEST' to cover the additional postage required. Once paid we will despatch your order. We will not repeatedly email you to chase for payment.
- PLEASE NOTE FOR EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THERE IS AN ADDTIONAL CHARGE OF £4.80 TO COVER THE COST OF 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR ' SERVCE FROM ROYAL MAIL.
